Business Process Reengineering and Continuous Improvement Manager

We are looking for a Business Process Reengineering and Continuous Improvement Manager, who will apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies to lead process modernization projects across the organization.

Full-time | Hybrid - Athens, Greece

Main Responsibilities

  • Design business processes across all departments to ensure continuous improvement, increase efficiency, and enhance quality.

  • Ensure methods and processes are well-documented, support business rules, and align with corporate standards and strategy.

  • Redesign business processes to maximize customer experience and ensure service quality.

  • Guide teams in relevant departments in defining and architecting business processes and configurations.

  • Design, implement, and maintain tools to measure process improvement benefits.

  • Maintain an inventory of business processes and coordinate updates with various Operations department teams.

  • Support a culture focused on customer service excellence, continuous improvement, and performance measurement.

Candidate Job Profile

  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement and performance measurement projects.

  • Experience in redesigning business processes and driving adoption across the organization.

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology or other process improvement methodologies.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills both in Greek and English.

  • Leadership skills and experience in people management.

  • Attention to detail and data analytics.

  • Ability to guide and maintain employee engagement.

  • No pending military obligations (for Greek male citizens).
