Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate our employees. She/He will ensure that all packages are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with the company’s objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees.

• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, bonus scheme, and wellness initiatives.

• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages.

• Collaborate with HR and management to design incentive programs and performance-based rewards.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.

• Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures.

• Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management.

• Participate is various HR projects.

Candidate Job Profile

• BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field.

• MSc in Human Resources will be considered a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.

• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices and relevant legislation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., SAP Success Factors), compensation analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Outstanding communication skills, both in Greek and English.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

• No pending military obligations (for Greek citizens)
