ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, who will be responsible for managing all our ServiceNow instances, which support our IT service management to automate business processes, to ensure stability.

Full-time | Hybrid - Athens, Greece

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will implement architectural changes when necessary and design, configure, implement, test and roll-out new workflows (Technology, Customer, Employee) or add-ons. The ideal candidate will also contribute to problem resolution and administrate the workflows on the platform and implement baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify potential deficiencies and proactively provide solutions to our ServiceNow implementation.

  • Collaborate with other IT administrators to develop integration solutions and changes to further leverage and expand the platform across our enterprise and within our target architecture.

  • Enhance applications and/or facilitate the use of new applications and customizations to better leverage and expand the use of the platform within our target architecture, as per customer needs (e.g. flow designer, client scripts, UI policies, UI macros, service catalog items & workflows).

  • Manage tool configuration to ensure reliable operations; help avoid disruptions by implementing changes with least disruption to productive operations.

  • Provide expertise for all technical issues related to running, maintaining and developing the platform for our business needs.

  • Help manage and coordinate elements of our Service Management transformation roadmap in collaboration with key Business and IT stakeholders.

  • Directly contribute to the execution of our Technology Transformation strategy, as it relates to Service Management and help design and orchestrate the integration of various systems and service assets into the ServiceNow ecosystem.

  • Provide regular updates and create transparency on transformation portfolio status within the area of their responsibility.

Candidate Job Profile

  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Service Management on ServiceNow, as a System Administrator and a ServiceNow Developer.

  • Working knowledge in Java, HTML, JavaScript, XML and ITIL 4.

  • Experience in collecting customer requirements and designing solutions.

  • Strong documentation and time management skills.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills both in Greek and English.

  • No pending military obligations (for Greek male citizens).
